I worked with a management consulting firm to develop a long-term marketing plan. It included a regular cadence of blog posts, social media, and newsletter updates to clients. Since we began the campaign, visits to my client's website have doubled. I then led the team in brainstorming, drafting content, and executing on this plan for over a year. 

I worked with my client, a national sports organization, for two years to help them articulate and embed leadership behaviors across their company. The work included a long-term, branded, multi-channel communication campaign to help employees understand what leadership looks like in action.

I worked with two small business owners to conceive and draft content for a blog post to promote their "Unstuck" program. I also helped them amplify these messages by pitching a story to the media about the program. The publicity resulted in two new clients and a speaking opportunity for my clients. 

In the article below, written in late 2020, I explore the anticipated changes brought about by a global pandemic, including the impacts of long-term remote work, a mass exodus of white-collar workers, and a social justice reckoning.

I worked with a creative team to develop a video designed to educate and inspire new hires at an insurance brokerage firm that is dedicated to non-profit and social service organizations. 

I helped first-time novelist Jonathan Dimmig further develop his writing by providing feedback on the plotting, pace, character development, and sensory detail in his story.
